What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service to end-users for various applications and software
- Log incidents and service requests into the ticket-tracking system and document troubleshooting steps
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring excellent customer service
- Resolve incidents or escalate issues to appropriate support staff when necessary
- Train new Help Desk Coordinators and assist in creating knowledgebase articles as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient experience using Windows 7, 8, 10, and Microsoft Office products
- Proficient experience using and configuring web browsers and managing browser plug-ins
- Ability to pass employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to pass Level 2 background check
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of prior Call Center/Help Desk experience
- 1+ year of prior PC technical experience and/or training
- Ability to type 45 WPM
