What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service to end-users via phone, chat, and email
- Log incidents and service requests into the ticket-tracking system and document troubleshooting steps
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues and browser navigation problems
- Follow up with clients to ensure job satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns
- Adhere to all customer, company, and departmental policies while meeting performance targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient experience using Windows 7, 8, 10, and Microsoft Office products
- Proficient experience in configuring web browsers and managing browser plug-ins
- Ability to pass employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to pass Level 2 background check
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of prior Call Center/Help Desk experience
- 1+ year of prior PC technical experience and/or training
- Ability to type 45 WPM
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
