What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service to end-users for various applications and software
- Log and document incidents and service requests in the ticket-tracking system
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist customers via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve inquiries or escalate issues to appropriate personnel as needed
- Maintain adherence to customer service level targets and internal performance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient experience using Windows 7, 8, 10, and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with configuring web browsers and managing browser plug-ins
- Ability to pass an employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED or higher education preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of prior Call Center/Help Desk experience
- 1+ year of prior PC technical experience and/or training
- Ability to type 45 WPM
