What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level IT support to all employees globally
- Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Resolve emergency support activities for urgent technical problems
- Assist users with workstation-related issues and network assistance
- Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops and printers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Strong ability to install, administer, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Solid understanding of G-suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Okta and A/V conferencing systems (Zoom, Crestron)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of JAMF considered an advantage
- Experience with ticket management systems like Jira/Atlassian
