What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide reactive support by addressing incoming customer tickets and calls promptly
- Actively manage and resolve tickets from the support board
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the ticket lifecycle

- Consistently improve client documentation and ensure ticket hygiene

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Previous experience in an MSP environment
- Strong aptitude for customer service
- Ability to self-schedule and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Network, Security), Microsoft Associate/Expert, VMware, Apple, or Citrix
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
