What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond quickly and accurately to incoming support requests and urgent emails
- Troubleshoot issues related to applications and guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain a list of troubleshooting steps for common issues and augment as needed
- Monitor systems, networks, and server uptime to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant work experience supporting complex projects
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with customer support in government or public sector environments
- Experience using automation tools for issue resolution
- Ability to create clear documentation and training materials
