What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, update, and resolve level I and II incidents and service requests from DMV employees and vendors
- Manage Active Directory accounts, including password changes and account unlocks
- Troubleshoot DMV-specific software, operating systems, and hardware issues
- Triaging and escalating high-priority incidents to the appropriate support teams
- Develop and maintain support documentation for the knowledge base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management
- Proficient in troubleshooting IP, DNS, and Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with incident/request management systems
- Experience with two-factor authentication setups
- Flexibility to work scheduled telephone coverage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General understanding of agency-specific software such as OnBase, mySelect, and CSS
- Experience with remote desktop tools like RDP or LogMeIn Rescue
- Troubleshooting experience with scanners and document imaging technologies
