What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide 1st level IT support to all employees globally, addressing tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remotely
- Resolve urgent support activities, including meeting room hardware and laptop issues
- Assist internal users with workstation-related problems and basic network support (LAN, Wireless, VPN)
- Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, and other peripherals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Proficiency in installing, administering, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- Solid understanding of G-suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Okta and A/V conferencing systems (Zoom, Crestron)
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of JAMF is an advantage
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
