What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze Voice of the Customer feedback to identify trends and issues
- Monitor and trend feedback data, developing reports to track performance
- Conduct weekly reviews of support interactions, providing guidance to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Collaborate with various teams to refine processes and enhance support operations
- Adapt work hours as needed to support business requirements and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills for solving complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions
- Previous experience in quality assurance or support desk environments
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
