What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Help Desk queue and troubleshoot technical issues for team members
- Assist with onboarding process and equipment setup for new hires
- Field Zoom chats and phone calls to address user concerns
- Document systems and create technical documentation for future reference
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution for all practice groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role
- Ability to work East Coast office hours regardless of physical location
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and communication skills
- Interest or experience in Linux operating systems and Network configurations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with building and maintaining Network configurations
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in dealing with users
