      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for Microsoft's full suite of business applications and operating systems
      - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
      - Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system and demonstrate accountability for incoming tickets
      - Address time-sensitive issues promptly while managing multiple requests simultaneously
      - Participate in an on-call rotation and provide on-site assistance as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in a Help Desk environment with server experience or a current role in a related field
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      - Knowledge of Windows and/or Apple operating systems
      - Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online) and Hypervisor technology (Hyper-V and VMware)
      - Certification in relevant technologies to be obtained within six months of hire
