      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting technical support
      - Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system
      - Provide hardware and software support, maintenance, and updates for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
      - Demonstrate complete ownership and accountability of incoming tickets, addressing time-sensitive issues promptly
      - Collaborate with vendors to ensure a stable customer environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside within 30 miles of an employer office
      - Excellent communication and customer service experience
      - Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      - Preferable knowledge of Windows and/or Apple operating systems
      - Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies including Active Directory and Print Management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online)
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and teammates
      - Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts
      - Experience in managing multiple incoming requests simultaneously
      - Familiarity with process management and improvement strategies
