      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting technical support
      - Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system
      - Provide hardware and software support, maintenance, and updates for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
      - Demonstrate complete ownership and accountability of incoming tickets
      - Work collaboratively with vendors to stabilize customer environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside within 30 miles of an employer office
      - Excellent communication and customer service experience
      - Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      - Knowledge of Windows and/or Apple operating systems
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a technical support or service desk role
      - Knowledge of additional software applications and operating systems
      - Experience with ticket management systems
      - Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Demonstrated conflict resolution skills in high-pressure situations
