      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for Microsoft's suite of business applications and operating systems
      - Maintain and update hardware and software for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
      - Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system and demonstrate ownership of incoming tickets
      - Address time-sensitive issues promptly while managing multiple requests
      - Participate in on-call rotation and provide on-site support as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and customer service experience
      - Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      - General knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online)
      - Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
      - Certification required within six months of being hired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Hypervisor technology (Hyper-V and VMware)
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory and Print Management
      - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple incoming requests
