      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier I support to employees for hardware and software issues, maintaining resolution time metrics
      - Setup and maintain company hardware and accessories, including laptops, monitors, and printers
      - Administer and evolve Office 365 implementations and other company software
      - Conduct periodic training sessions for users on various software applications, including MS Office and Zoom
      - Monitor systems for operational issues and address them in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2 to 5 years of experience providing Helpdesk support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop and MacOS administration
      - Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or greater in Computer Science or related discipline
      - Information Technology certifications
      - Experience with local area networks and WIFI maintenance and troubleshooting
      - Familiarity with applications such as HubSpot, RingCentral, TeamViewer, Sentinel One, and Adobe
