      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier I technical support for hardware and software issues to employees
      - Set up and maintain company hardware, including laptops, monitors, and printers
      - Administer and evolve Office 365 implementation, including Email, One Drive, and SharePoint
      - Monitor systems for operational issues and address them in a timely manner
      - Conduct periodic training sessions for users on various software applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2 to 5 years of experience providing Helpdesk support
      - Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop and MacOS administration
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or greater in Computer Science or related discipline
      - Information Technology certifications
      - Experience with local area networks and WIFI maintenance and troubleshooting
      - Familiarity with applications such as HubSpot, RingCentral, TeamViewer, and Adobe
