      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
      - Log and track support requests using the IT service management (ITSM) system
      - Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
      - Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software applications
      - Ensure all IT support activities adhere to company policies and security protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
      - 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
      - Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications
      - Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
