What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer planning and implementation of Radiometer’s Data Management System throughout the project lifecycle
- Scope projects to ensure accurate statements of work and resource estimations
- Design, build, and test ASTM and HL7 interfaces based on specifications from EHRs and LIS platforms
- Provide on-site support and training at customer sites within the designated territory
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams during the sales cycle to provide necessary technical knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools
- Fluent in T-SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Command Prompt Networking tools
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing, building, and testing ASTM and HL7 interfaces
- Ability to travel up to 20% and participate in on-call after-hours rotation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency or fluency in French
- Fluent in XML, XSL, HTML
