- Responsible for delivering high-quality information technology (IT) solutions exceeding customer expectations and meeting defined business requirements.
- Manages and directly supervises IT/Ld Application Svcs Analysts, IT/Sr Application Svcs Analysts, IT/Application Svcs Analysts, IT/Ld App Integration Analysts, IT/Sr App Integration Analysts, and IT/App Integration Analysts.
- Oversees the entire system development lifecycle managerially and technically; designs, develops, tests, and implements new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Develops new work methods, standards, and practices designed to improve application software systems’ safety, quality, reliability, predictability, reusability, and cost performance significantly.
- Areas of focus to include Epic Security, Epic Data Courier and Environment Management and Epic EDI Integration.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, IT management, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems (IS), applied engineering, health information management (HIM), health informatics, nursing informatics, nursing, health science, education, business administration, health care, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of years of directly related professional experience (including four (4) years of related IT system development and two (2) years of managerial/supervisory experience).
- Related Epic certification(s) required. Multiple certifications may be required depending on functional area and job responsibilities.
- Contingent offers may apply: Required certification(s) must be obtained within ninety (90) days from last Epic class completion. If a required certification is not obtained after three (3) examination attempts, the incumbent has a period of thirty (30) days after the last examination attempt to apply for other job opportunities within the organization. If unable to acquire another position within the organization, the incumbent’s employment with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH) ends.
