Role overview

Provide proactive and reactive end user on site IT support services. Specifically responsible for securing that all IT infrastructure and IT equipment is handled in the way expected by group IT and the procedures around it. Large focus on knowledge transfer of Office 365 functionality into the business end users. Local IT team are part of group Integrated IT structure.

What you’ll be doing

• Support 500 users in Poznań and remote employees.
• Providing basic training for users with focus on new employees: connecting to network, install printer, use Carlsberg IT tools, setting up the email, booking meeting rooms, showing them basic tools and applications. Assist users on daily basis.
• Setting up and maintain meeting rooms and other audio-visual equipment (projectors, speakers, screens, etc.) .
• Assist users with Microsoft O365 issues.
• Support local applications.
• Maintain local data room.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have preferably 2+ years of experience as IT specialist Onsite Support
• Have knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Service Operations practices
• Are Advanced Office 365 Users
• Communicate in English in spoken and written (B2)
• Have high sense of urgency and are oriented on results
• Have high level of analytical skills
• Present full commitment and personal ownership of tasks
