What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end patching process for servers and workstations for customers
- Regularly assess patch compliance and address vulnerabilities to maintain system integrity
- Investigate patching failures, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with teams for smooth deployments
- Document patching activities, maintain accurate records, and update status reports in the case management system
- Participate in customer calls to assist with onboarding and training of new customers into the patching process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of SCCM, InTune, Kaseya, and WSUS
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and Azure Systems
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance, as travel between locations is required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or KVM
- Basic networking skills and remote imaging capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A demonstrated "can-do" attitude
