What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, analyze, and modify Episys PowerOn spec files, including testing, debugging, and installing to support business applications
- Design and write code to support current and requested reports and system sub-functions
- Handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for system issues
- Communicate with end users to interpret operational requirements and provide technical instructions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- At least two (2) years of experience with Symitar
- Knowledge of established programming PowerOn procedures and programming languages
- Ability to troubleshoot programming changes and modifications and implement hardware/software solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating/modifying forms for use with Symitar
- Knowledge of automation programming and workflow
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs
- Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, and SymXchange
- Experience with OpCon Automation
