What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, document, and implement new software and interfaces for core business applications
- Research software problems and initiate corrective procedures
- Collaborate with users to address issues and make changes to existing applications
- Create documentation for software procedures and provide training to end-users
- Monitor service desk incidents and assist the Information Technology Services staff as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in software development
- Knowledge of programming concepts, languages, and databases
- Familiarity with computer systems, hardware, and software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ellucian Banner Software
