What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assemble and lead project teams, identifying resources and developing schedules for timely project completion
- Work with development and support teams to assess labor and scheduling impacts, communicating these to business partners
- Actively manage stakeholder relationships, setting expectations and mitigating risks
- Maintain project artifacts, plans, and tactical roadmaps, providing input to scrum teams within Azure DevOps
- Oversee interdependencies and integration of projects, leading teams to meet timelines and budget limits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Experience with Agile and KANBAN methodologies
- Specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations with minimal direction
