What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee various system projects and programs of a highly complex nature
- Maintain the IT Audit Management process related to SOX, HiTrust, and other standards
- Coordinate with IT auditors to collect and compile necessary evidence
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the audit process
- Ensure the continuous improvement of consumer experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- More than 3 years of technical experience
- More than 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Business Administration
- Experience working in data warehouse, decision support, claims management, and reporting system environments
- Knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems, and statistical software packages
- Familiarity with development languages, tools, and utilities, including Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net, QLik, and SQL
- Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
