What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deploy and organize resources, develop timetables and targets, and monitor project progress
- Manage medium to large projects using best-practice project management approaches to ensure quality on-time and on-budget delivery
- Communicate project business value and ensure supported metrics for project success
- Develop and analyze project interdependencies to effectively structure schedules and resources
- Anticipate and identify issues, monitor projects, and implement continuous quality control of processes and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
- Five years of program and/or project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large-scale project teams
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related peripheral equipment
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized certification in areas such as Change Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
- Experience in client relationship management and oversight of IT project execution
