What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including team stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor sprint performance by developing and analyzing reports on metrics such as velocity and bug prevalence
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to allocate resources for defect remediation and project schedules
- Mentor and coach team leads to promote self-organization and high performance
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues while supporting the implementation of remediation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, and four or more years of IT experience, including agile project management for software delivery
- OR an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, and six or more years of IT experience, including agile project management for software delivery
- OR a combination of eight or more years of IT experience, including agile project management for software delivery
- Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum methodologies
- Facilitation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- CSM or Agile certification
- Experience in coaching teams to deliver working software and improve agile processes
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and source control software
- Knowledge of systems architecture and software engineering practices
