What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project timelines, scope, resource assignments, and risk mitigation
- Ensure effective IT Project Management practices and procedures are followed
- Plan and manage the delivery of project solutions and development technology
- Coordinate activities of project teams and stakeholders for timely project completion
- Document project artifacts and manage multiple small to medium enhancement projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- IT Project Management experience, including developing project plans and tracking risks
- Experience using multiple project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience in business user workflow, including requirement analysis
- Proven ability to manage or oversee projects influenced by Federal and State guidelines
- Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or Portfolio Management Certification (PfMP)
- Experience managing multi-project portfolios
- Experience with change management in project settings
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
