What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Hotel Openings and Transition Tool Project Team, aligning solutions and team capacity with the Solution Architect and Product Owner
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to prioritize requests and maintain process/tech documentation
- Complete technical Salesforce Administration and Development tasks as needed
- Lead Product Demos, documenting sprint notes, action steps, and backlog work
- Conduct regular meetings with technical team members to manage performance and clear blockers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development
- 1-3 years of management experience leading technical Salesforce teams
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience implementing and customizing Managed Package solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership/Management Certifications or Professional Training
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Experience writing Apex and/or LWC code
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
