What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the lifecycle of user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion of access rights
- Enforce access control policies and mitigate security risks
- Assess and confirm user access requests, obtaining necessary approvals
- Provide guidance to users on access requests and related processes
- Monitor security controls and respond to security incidents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data security access management or similar role
- Proficiency in using identity and access management (IAM) tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of IT systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Effective communication skills for interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA Network+ Certification or CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing security requirements
