      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security events
      - Lead incident response, triage, and investigations for security events
      - Perform systematic analysis of security events using indicators of compromise (IOCs)
      - Conduct malware reverse engineering and analysis of complex malicious code
      - Create incident reports and documentation for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of IT/Security experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
      - Knowledge of current and emerging technologies within a Security Operations Center
      - Experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and cloud infrastructure
      - Experience performing forensic analysis of logs and packet captures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of direct information security experience
      - Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences
      - Demonstrated technical expertise in existing security and IT systems
      - Active involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring and volunteering
      - Willingness to travel as needed for role responsibilities
