What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide the organization through compliance questionnaires and audits to maintain required security standards
- Communicate with security stakeholders, including external auditors and government agency contacts
- Complete IT security compliance documentation for various clients
- Lead audit meetings and provide evidence of security control implementations
- Maintain compliance-related documentation, including internal IT policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of IT-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of IT security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and encryption
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC2 Type II, CMMC, and FedRAMP
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SIEMs or centralized logging tools like Splunk
- Additional security-related certifications or training
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Jira
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, bash, PowerShell)
