What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate responses to internal and external cybersecurity audits and customer security questionnaires
- Implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Maintain compliance program documentation to support audits and measure program maturity
- Monitor the legal and regulatory landscape for cybersecurity-related issues
- Develop and revise policies, standards, and procedures for security programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Law, Data Privacy, or a related field
- Experience in drafting corporate policies or working in document management
- Ability to explain legal, technical, and compliance topics to a broad audience
- General understanding of cybersecurity technologies and controls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are encouraged
- Experience providing analysis of laws and regulations as they apply to specific business segments
- Strong customer service mentality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently or as part of a team
