      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead IT security initiatives for the Electronic Health Record system (EHR-EPIC) within the organization
      - Update privacy and security policies based on assessments and identified gaps
      - Perform risk assessments in compliance with NIST 800-53 Rev 4, HIPAA, SSA, and IRS Pub 1075
      - Manage security incidents and ensure timely responses to potential threats
      - Collaborate with clinical teams and other departments to enhance security protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in IT security, preferably within the healthcare industry
      - Experience updating privacy and security policies based on assessment findings
      - Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), identity management, and data encryption in healthcare systems
      - Proficient in healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and meaningful use
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and database security
      - Strong communication skills, capable of working across departments and with clinical teams
