      As an IT Senior Technical Lead, WebOps you will be responsible for the technical design, build, and testing activities for Stryker’s WebOps platform. You will play a key role in the new/enhanced technical capabilities, while producing detailed technical documents, configuring and/or developing within the assigned applications and understanding the overall design and architecture of a platform and deliver the end-to-end technical solution.

      What You Will Do:

      • Perform activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
      • Responsible for the technical design, architecture, and implementation of the WebOps application to support Stryker’s global field inventory needs.
      • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements for the WebOps Field Inventory Application.
      • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, engineers, and support staff working on the WebOps Field Inventory Application.
      • Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
      • Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.
      • Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance, while also developing both system and technical documentation.
      • Work with other IS teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions.
      • Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack.

      What you Need:

      • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study required.
      • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience required.
      • Proficiency with SQL and Web Services required.
      • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, such as .NET, AWS preferred.
      • Strong technical expertise in web application development, system design, and IT infrastructure preferred.
      • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) preferred.
      • Experience in leading teams of resources for projects preferred.
      • Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts – strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning preferred.
      • Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.

      $95,100.00 - $204,000.00 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 30%
