      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality telephone support for IT hardware and software-related issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction
      - Assist teammates with diagnostic support and troubleshooting across various IT requests
      - Observe and document problem trends to improve response times and solutions
      - Initiate and follow up on ServiceNow tickets for teammate issues and concerns
      - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate support tier for timely resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 1-2+ years of work experience in a related field
      - Advanced technical knowledge of computers, networks, and applications
      - Ability to gather data and document troubleshooting steps for escalation
      - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, demonstrating commitment to customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in ServiceNow
      - Previous IT help desk, service center, or technical support work experience
      - Demonstrated ability to provide insights and suggestions for process improvements
