      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote user support services utilizing TeamViewer and the Ivanti ticketing system
      - Perform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting, including password resets and hardware issues
      - Log, route, categorize, and escalate Incidents/Service Requests as necessary
      - Ensure effective communication regarding the status and resolution of incidents
      - Collaborate with team members and vendor support to resolve technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience in troubleshooting
      - Technical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware in a business environment
      - At least 1 year of Active Directory support experience
      - CompTIA A+ certification required
      - Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft certifications
      - 1+ year experience with Ivanti EPM
      - 1+ year of Exchange and/or Office 365 support experience
