What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions based on customer business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the MS Dynamics 365 platform
- Analyze costs/benefits and technical feasibility of proposed systems
- Organize meetings with management, users, vendors, and IT staff to discuss IT solutions and requirements
- Ensure the security and efficiency of software and manage code vulnerabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 60 months of experience with Dynamics 365
- Minimum 84 months of experience with SQL and C#
- Minimum 84 months of experience with .Net frameworks
- Minimum 84 months of experience writing SQL or PL/SQL in an Oracle Database environment
- Minimum 60 months of experience with Microsoft products (MS SQL, Office 365, Power BI)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 60 months of experience with MS Dynamics CRM concepts including configuration, customization, workflow, and integration
- 60 months of experience planning, tracking, and managing software development projects using agile methodology and tools such as JIRA
- 60 months of experience with standards and security development tools
