What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for BI projects
- Conduct complex SQL coding for reporting and testing functions
- Model using IBM Cognos BI Framework Manager and Transformer for reporting initiatives
- Create and test advanced reports using IBM Cognos Analytics 11.2
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot reporting issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 84 months of experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and logical design
- 84 months of experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager models
- 84 months of experience in creating and modifying reports using COGNOS tools
- 84 months of experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 84 months of experience in testing reports, analytics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a social services context
- Proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively both orally and in writing
