What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to interpret technology and business problems
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development
- Support production issues and stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features
- Document application development processes and solutions for stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts, including weekends and off-shift hours
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Background investigation clearance required before hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Experience with JAVA/JSP and cloud computing environments like Salesforce and AWS
- Familiarity with development tools such as Postgres, Node.js, React.js, Docker, GitHub, and Jenkins
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
