What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop test artifacts, including test strategies, scenarios, and plans
- Create SQL queries to verify data integrity and validate back-end processing
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and execute test scenarios
- Report defects clearly and concisely using designated testing tools
- Conduct automation testing and mentor team members in test automation practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 84 months of experience as a lead tester
- 84 months of experience with industry-leading testing tools, such as those from IBM, Mercury, or Microsoft
- 84 months of experience creating SQL queries for backend validation
- 84 months of experience in JavaScript/VBScript, Selenium, and C/C++
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience testing web services in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of Micro Focus or IBM Rational toolsets
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
