What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email, and telephone
- Deliver direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Conduct training on newly released functionalities and review training materials
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements and provide technical assistance with the data warehouse
- Present information to line staff to enhance understanding and usage of systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 36 months of experience providing IT support to users
- Minimum 36 months of experience providing implementation support services
- Minimum 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment
- Minimum 18 months of experience training staff in a child welfare application
- Bachelor's Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with development platforms and technical architectures in the child welfare sector
- Familiarity with data warehouse technical assistance and compliance monitoring
