What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for day-to-day operations of internal systems and helpdesk tickets
- Set up and maintain new PCs as needed
- Collaborate with departments regarding technical issues
- Address other responsibilities as warranted by operational staff
- Report directly to the V.P. of Operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient with PCs and general maintenance, including AV scheduling and schedule updates
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other cloud-based tools
- Strong communication skills within an office environment
- Must have Help Desk experience or verifiable small to mid-size IT experience
- Attention to detail is a MUST
