What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT system analysis, preferably in the healthcare compliance industry
- Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation with any GRC tool in the healthcare or compliance area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Project management experience in a healthcare compliance environment
