      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line customer support via phone for computer, application, and network issues
      - Create work orders for each support call handled in a structured Help Desk setting
      - Assist faculty, staff, and students with general computer inquiries through various communication channels
      - Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate requests as necessary
      - Document all requests and responses meticulously for clarity and future reference

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field, or equivalent experience
      - 6 months to 1 year of experience in a high-volume Help Desk or Customer Service environment
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to work independently with a focus on customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience installing and troubleshooting local and network printers
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
      - Exposure to applications running in a Citrix environment
      - Basic knowledge of clinical application support and LAN/WAN networking
      - Experience with troubleshooting MacOS problems
