What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) and Office 365, ensuring a smooth user experience
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and manage corporate SaaS applications
- Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with data handling policies
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation for common issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Office 365
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically Azure or AWS
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and AWS-based applications
- Experience with corporate SaaS applications and device management tools (Intune, JAMF)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
- Experience managing and maintaining enterprise productivity tools
- Background in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based services
