      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve technical support requests from clients
      - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot issues
      - Maintain accurate records of time, activities, and customer communications
      - Install, support, and perform routine maintenance on hardware and software
      - Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems, from system crashes to password issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and written/verbal communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
      - Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
      - Availability for overnight travel and occasional on-site service desk calls
      - Enthusiasm for IT and technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of IT support experience in an MSP/IT as a Service environment
      - Advanced knowledge of remote monitoring and management tools
      - Experience with networking concepts, Office 365, and SaaS cloud file sharing products
      - Familiarity with domain-based networks and active directory management
      - Security experience, including PCI and GDPR compliance
