      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 1 technical support to the GuidePoint user base
      - Provision, deploy, configure, monitor, and support IT assets
      - Document procedures and technical information for easy understanding (Wiki articles, technical briefings)
      - Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting users with technology-related issues
      - Troubleshoot and administer Windows and, optionally, Mac systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of help desk experience supporting 100+ seats
      - 1+ years of Windows administration and troubleshooting experience
      - Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
      - Professional certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, CCNA, or VCP are beneficial

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Mac administration or troubleshooting
      - Familiarity with automation processes and remote management software
      - Background in cloud and mobile technologies
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced technology-centric environment
