Job Purpose Statement
This position will provide first- and second-level support to BSH employees for all IT issues in NBN, NBE, NBM and remote support.
Job Functions
•
Provide excellent IT support to users via phone, remote desktop, email and in-person
•
Support for all IT issues, including but not limited to: PCs, Industrial Tablets, printers, applications and factory devices/scanners.
•
Prioritizing, documenting and resolving tickets in a timely manner with proper communication to all involved
•
Installing, moving, setting up and tearing down computer systems and applications
•
Responding to and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
•
First-level support of network, Internet, server, share drive, telecom and application issues
•
Support of Windows and Mac operating systems, including Windows 10/11/LTSC and mac OS
•
Support of Microsoft 365 applications, including in-depth knowledge of Outlook
•
Support of factory equipment such as scanners, tablets, industrial pcs
•
Support of mobile devices (Apple iPhone), tablets (Apple iPad) and applications (Microsoft InTune)
•
Inventory of IT hardware, software and systemsJob Qualification Requirements
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to teach and train associates in all aspects of operations.
•
Strong organization and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with various user groups.
•
Strong analytical capabilities to investigate and define problem cases.
•
Factory equipment, e.g., computer, printers, Noax, Siemens, forklift scanners, etc.
•
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Educational Requirements:
High-School Diploma - required
Four-Year College - Currently In progress Computer Science or related fieldRequired Experience:
Years of Experience - 0-2 years
