      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional technical support, resolve common issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
      - Configure IT equipment and conduct IT onboarding for new employees
      - Manage user accounts across various platforms and software (e.g., Office 365, Active Directory)
      - Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles
      - Manage and track IT inventory and handle equipment logistics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field with at least 3 years of IT experience or equivalent IT experience in lieu of a degree
      - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting across platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
      - Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
      - Ability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory management, shipping procedures, and tools like ManageEngine, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
      - Knowledge of PCI/SOC 2 compliance is a plus
